The program is aimed at developing faculty members in order to improve the learning environment. This aim can be achieved through serving faculty members and meeting their professional needs so that they can well satisfy the needs of their students.

The following plan was designed by faculty members in order to fulfil the professional needs of their colleagues at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology.

Tasks

To establish and maintain education which promotes diversity and vitality of faculty members.
To plan and implement activities for faculty development.
To exchange expertise among faculty members so that they can achieve their highest ambitions as teachers and researchers.
To ensure consistency with the strategic plan of the college and basic beliefs.
To provide educational resources and support to assist faculty members in achieving excellence in the teaching / learning process.
