The female student Maria Almarzouq won the third place in Microsoft Student Star Contest across all Saudi universities in 2014.

The student Abdullah Tahhan’s team project that was entitled (igaze) obtained the first place in Imagination Cup Contest in Serving Community which was held by Microsoft across all Saudi universities in 2014.

FCIT students’ participation in (Asia Super Computing 2013) Contest which was held in China in April 2013, after being one of the ten best teams across all Asia universities.
